Brandon Motor Lodge,

in our heated swimming pool. Your hosts have made it their mission
to make sure your stay at the Brandon Motor Lodge is as comfortable, relaxing,
and enjoyable as humanly possible.

Centrally Located,
...Brandon is a New England village which beckons you with a weekly farmers market,
the biggest Independence day parade in the state. Its vibrant downtown bustles with activity around antique shops, art galleries, eateries, a bookstore and gift boutiques.
Outside the village, Brandon offers a golf course, a covered bridge as well as excellent hiking in the Green Mountain National forest, and don’t forget biking in the Champlain Valley.
Branbury State Park, located at Lake Dunmore, lies north of the village and affords a pristine beachfront, swimming, boating, fishing, and canoe rentals. For more information about Brandon, contact the

South of Brandon,
...in Pittsford, 5 miles south is the New
England Maple Museum; in Proctor, summer visitors can enjoy the popular
Vermont Marble Exhibit as well as the famous Wilson
Castle, a monument to the artistic eras in past history.

North
of Brandon,
...through rich farmlands, lies Middlebury
College, the Shelburne Museum,
and the Morgan Horse Farm. This section of Vermont was home to poet, Robert
Frost. Located two miles east of Ripton on Route 125, the Robert
Frost Trail is an easy one-mile stroll through the beautiful fields and
breathtaking woods of the Breadloaf area.
